Annual Association Meeting

Project Evolution Update
As I have described in my previous updates, our total technology transformation is on-going in 2024 and likely much of 2025 as well. Thus far, we have spent the first 3 months of this year learning about the new systems and beginning to work on converting data to what will be our new loan origination and customer relationship management system nCino. This past week, many on our team spent three days working with nCino in a virtual test environment to see how the program will function and to begin to add our own personal configuration touches. I know I talk a lot about this project, but it is very exciting to see our team’s enthusiasm for this major change and their passion for serving you, our customer owners.
Our entire team looks at this project as an investment in our Owner Experience! As we progress towards a Fall 2024 go-live on the nCino portion of Project Evolution, I will continue to keep you updated.
Colorado Springs Building Update
We have started the Spring season with a great deal of new interest in our building. We have hosted a few showings, and our broker is encouraged by the activity we are seeing. I hope to have some detailed information to share with you soon on our building.
Annual Scholarships
We are excited to announce our first ever “30 scholarships in 30 days” campaign! One scholarship will be awarded each day in April to one qualified individual, totaling 30 scholarships awarded for the month. Stay tuned for those winners in our next CEO Letter and follow us on Facebook as well!
