Responsibilities:
Loan Staging and Processing
Prepares standard loan packages for credit analyst by:
Prepares loan with all required documentation
Compiling application data and saving to the appropriate loan file
Staging new loans and all servicing processes in the software program
Submitting loan to the Credit Department for analysis
Credit Analyst Assistance
Files supporting documents to the appropriate loan file
Compiles and maintains actual cash flows for required credits
Verifies monthly borrowing base reports and monitors the borrowing base trend
Loan Officer Assistance
Contacts borrowers to obtain routine or basic financial information
Orders appraisals
Requests title commitment to be ordered
Assists loan officer with miscellaneous requests while they are out of the office
Assist with gathering and tracking annual loan information
Staging new loans and servicing processes in the software program as needed
Attends loan application meetings and loan closing meetings as needed to build borrower relationships.
Keying Financials
Enters information from borrower tax returns and balance sheets into software
Minimum Qualifying Characteristics:
High school diploma, with at least one accounting course
0-2 years of related experience
General knowledge of financial statements
General knowledge of credit package documentation
Expert knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Skill in learning and applying standard processes and procedures
Working Knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook sufficient to create, update and save basic documents
Skill in oral and written communication, sufficient to exchange information effectively with peers, supervisor, and borrowers
Skill in accurately copying, posting, or transcribing data
Skill in interacting and working effectively with others
Skill in maintaining an organized workspace
Skill in prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely manner
Skill in analyzing information to define a problem or objective
Skill in listening and conveying awareness of a customer's problem or issue to find resolution

Salary Range: $42,000-$50,000
This range is a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of this posting. Actual salaries could vary and may be above or below the range as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2. Variation is based on various factors including but not limited to location, qualifications, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, a potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. In addition, benefits for this position include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k, tax advantage accounts, paid vacation, sick leave and parental leave.
